Brooklyn Monk, Antonio Graceffo learns some boxing and BJJ at Prokout, Phnom Penh’s newest MMA gym and one of the largest in Southeast Asia. French born, Theo, who goes by the name Chann Seyha, the leader of Prokout, has lived in Cambodia most of his life. He has a background in MMA, Bokator, and bradal serey (Khmer boxing) but he was smart enough to hire excellent, professional coaches. In addition to BJJ brown belt………you will find retired fighter, Rathana, who worked at Paddy’s Fight Club for many years, teaching boxing and bradal serey. Other, famous Khmer fighters are now permanent fixtures at Prokout, as more Khmers see MMA as a way of earning better paydays than Khmer boxing.
